At Jambys, we want you to be as comfortable as possible, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. If your first pair of Jambys isn't your favorite thing ever, we'll make it right with a full refund or a different size.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Get Refunded
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
